POLICY

1. Kindly note that the maximum holding table is 30 minutes and will be released automatically without any further notice.

2. No outside food and beverage are permitted.

3. Since our venue is located outside, we are affected by unstable weather conditions. In case of rain our service area will be at the second floor and affected outdoor areas will be closed accordingly. Please be aware that we might have to change your assigned table in such a situation.

4. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) are subject to 8% service charge and 10% government tax.

5. Our venue opens daily 10AM-11PM (last order for food and drinks at 10PM). There is no limited seating time at our venue. However, since we have different operational hours for certain areas, it will be followed by the closing area time.

6. Entrance is at the reception only and please mention the name of the reservation that was confirmed in advance.

7. Orders will only be taken at your table.

8. No glass by the pool and no food and shisha can be consumed in the pool.

9. Our menu availability is subject to change without any further notice.

10. No drones and professional cameras are allowed at La Brisa during the visit due to privacy and security for all guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. No refund will be process for cancellation received within 24 hours before your arrival.

2. A 50% refund for cancellation received within 48 hours before your arrival.

3. A 100% refund for cancellation received for more than 48 hours before your arrival.
